The Hindu American Foundation (HAF) is seeking to hire a full-time Social Media Coordinator. This is a new position for HAF so we're looking for someone with the social marketing experience and drive to increase our online presence. The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with senior staff, and the communications, policy, and education teams to develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more views and support, expand HAF’s reach, and support HAF’s mission and strategic objectives.
In other words . . .
You were #tiktoking before it was a thing. You know the difference between a DM and PM. Your social game is fire. But now, you want to put it to good use. If you can decipher this, we want to hear from you… we didn’t want to make this TL;DR so ICYMI, HAF IRL is HRH so HMB.
The Social Rap Game
Can you light that diya on our social?
Take a story that’s so crucial
And turn it into something glacial?
Are you intentional? multidimensional?
Impartial on topics that might seem controversial?
Is your knowledge of Hinduism transferential
to make our growth exponential?
You’ve got the lock on TikTok
And your Instagram hits like an aftershock
You can solve the algorithm like sherlock
And a troll, you’ll put em in a headlock
You know your dee-em’s and your pee-em’s,
spit verses in acrony-ems
You can make reels with all the feels
So a wide audience can see-em
You’re up to date on social’s fate
and with the team you’re able to communicate
Turn on a dime, make most of your time
and take a creative juice break.
But that’s not all, some crucial parts remain
For that we’ve gotta look past your online game
Interviews past with some senior staff
that won’t be fake like aspartame
So are you ready for this?
Got the chops for this?
Think you can manage all of this?
Then apply below using the link and go
And be ready to come back with response to this.
Just kidding. Cheesy rapping not required. But we’ll be impressed.
